US corporations are ruining e-mail as an option

My main bank here in NL (ASN Bank) decided to push an update for their ‘smartphone’ app. By doing that they required me to re-validate access to the money I should have full ownership of. Ridiculous enough by itself, but hey, we want to be ‘secure’, no? So I tried to re-validate the new app; Turns out this stupid Dutch corporation has tied itself not only to visa now (for all its bank-card transactions), but ALL its communications are using Outlook/Office365, i.e. Microsoft.
We may just as well call it an american run bank by this point.

While the validated mail-address this bank has used for years always worked fine, and works for all other existing mail-providers (google, apple, proton, xs4all etc.), the filtering ASNbank apparently uses for their outlook-mail-sending policies has listed my mail-server as non-compliant, or whatever the reason may be for not receiving mail from this bank anymore, because I could not validate my bank-account anymore using this address, because their 2FA code does not arrive on my server’s mail-address. The mail-server I maintain is more compliant than Microsoft’s own servers are, which is easy to prove and find out, for example by testing it using https://www.checktls.com/TestReceiver

In some of Microsoft’s own forums I asked how to solve the problematic filtering victimizing perfectly fine receiving mail-servers. The most up-voted answer was that this problem will not be solved as long as microsoft/outlook has a disfunctional de-listing system for MailTo: addresses that have zero issues with any other sending server out there;
“We advise customers to refrain from using E-Mail-services at outlook.com/office365 since they will lose their customers because of microsofts policies.”
Yeah, go ask that from your bank/university/employer when they decided to make themselves dependent on Microsoft for their entire email-infrastructure! Gee and they wonder why France gov decided to step away from Microsoft. They must be a pathetic bunch of deluded managers and sysadmins working at MicroSoft, wasting SO MUCH time for all those who run perfectly secure and tested mail-servers, like I do. Heck I maintain perfect mail-services ever since the late 90s, but these corporate a-holes think they can just decide your server or mail-domain is no good just when they feel like it. Nothing that would even hold up in any court of law as valid enough to ‘filter’ or ‘block’ your address as a receiving option. They’re clearly ruining the lives of everybody on the planet for no other reason than being lazy selfish capitalist arrogant and maybe even jealous sysadmins.
I guess all this is signifying how the US gov operates globally now, isn’t it? Fish rots from the head on down. If the rogue US gov decides they think you have ‘ties’ with Cuba, Iran, Hezbollah, Hamas or any other legitimate occupation-resistance movement, they can just ask MS and visa to shut your banking options down, ‘sanction’ you into poverty, and there will be nothing asnbank can do about it.
